Fort Worth’s 265,097-SF Eastchase Market sold

FORT WORTH – The Eastchase Market retail center, located at 1600 Eastchase Pkwy. in east Fort Worth, has been purchased by Cole Real Estate Investments.

Spanning 265,097 sf, Eastchase Market is 96.2 percent occupied and features AMC Theatres, Ross, Office Depot, Marshalls, Spec’s, Dollar Tree and Burke’s Outlet, five of which have signed new, long-term leases.

The previous owners were Columbus Pacific Properties and Equity Alliance Fund.
