Dallas/Addison Marriott sells for $55.7M

ADDISON – Host Hotels & Resorts has sold the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum, at 14901 Dallas Pkwy., for $55.7 million. Newly renovated in 2012, the hotel has 536 guest rooms along with 11 suites.

The buyer, Wheelock Steet Capital, has tapped Aimbridge Hospitality to manage the hotel.

The hotel, built in 1982, is located at the center of a 23 million-sf office market and less than two miles from the 1.7 million-sf Galleria Mall.
