DALLAS - Berkshire Income Realty is set to purchase Pavilion Townplace, a 236-unit multifamily apartment community for $56 million. The purchase is expected to close in first quarter 2014.
The community, located at 7700 Greenway Blvd., includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units ranging from 748 sf to 1,924 sf. It also has one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging from 902 sf to 2,427 sf.
Berkshire also agreed to purchase Eon at Lindbergh, a 352-unit multifamily apartment community located in Atlanta, Georgia. The price is $64 million.
The combined purchase price is $120 million.
