HOUSTON – Leeco Steel, an Illinois-based steel plate distributor, acquired the former TSC Offshore building in Houston for $5.3 million, or about $79 per sf.

The industrial building delivered in 1996 at 8655 Golden Spike Ln. in Houston’s Hwy. 290/Tomball Parkway Industrial submarket.

It totals 67,000 square feet with 7,000 sf of office space and sits on approximately seven acres. This is a heavy power building, with 32′-38′ clear heights and three cranes, ranging from 10-35 tons.
