FORT WORTH - BH Properties has closed on its deal to acquire six RadioShack properties totaling 1.8 million sf of space, along with some land, for $39.3 million.
Five of those warehouses and the land are in Fort Worth, while the other warehouse is in Woodland, Calif., near Sacramento.
The Fort Worth locations include:

132,000-sf factory/warehouse on 9.16 acres at 401 NE 38th St.

136,500-sf factory/warehouse on five acres at 3131 W. Bolt St.

639,000-sf distribution center on 24 acres at 900 Terminal Rd.

600,000-sf warehouse on 24 acres at 1000 Terminal Rd.
Included in the sale is a seven-acre tract of land between the 38th St. and 900 Terminal Rd. properties.
Longtime Fort Worth-based electronics retailer RadioShack filed for bankruptcy in February and has been closing or selling stores since then.
