Two Dallas offices sold on North Tollway

DALLAS – Two office complexes along Dallas North Tollway have been sold.

Brookwood Financial Partners purchased the 359,758-sf, two-tower Heritage Square office complex near the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway. The ten-story and 11-story office towers have been owned since 2009 by Dallas’ Silvertree Partners.

The buildings are about 60 percent leased. The new owner will invest over $6 million in targeted capital improvements in Heritage Square.

Last month, Brookwood acquired the ten-story Embassy office tower in Las Colinas. The high-rise, with almost 200,000 sf, is near State Highway 114.
