ADDISON – A 322-unit apartment project is underway near Arapaho Rd. and the North Tollway. Trinsic Residential Group is the developer of the 11.16-acre tract in North Dallas.
The second phase is expected to break ground in two years and include roughly 300 more units.
The project is Trinsic’s seventh investment with Akard Street Partners, which is an investment partnership operated by Dallas-based Hunt Realty Investments Inc.
