TYLER – The Palomar Apartments, a 216-unit apartment complex located at 5872 Old Jacksonville Hwy., is about halfway complete, according to Property Manager Brittany Shepherd.
The first half, which opened in August 2013, currently has 80 percent occupancy. Rent at Palomar Apartments starts at $832 per month.
The nine-building complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities such as a pool, fitness center, conference room and yoga room.
