BRYAN – The 100-room Best Western Premier hotel at 1920 Austin’s Colony Pkwy. has been sold. Located in the heart of the Brazos Valley, the property offers proximity to SH 6, FM 158 and Texas A&M University. The 66,295-sf building was built in 2008 and sits on three acres.

Both the previous own and the new owner are private investment firms. The property is valued at $5.15 million, according to the Brazos Central Appraisal District.
