HOUSTON - D’Agostino Companies has broken ground on a 120,000-sf new office development in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Greenhouse at Park Row will be located at 2051 S. Greenhouse Rd. at the intersection of Greenhouse Rd. and Park Row Blvd., just east of the Grand Pkwy.

Currently, the project is 20 percent leased and is slated for completion in October 2014. Construction costs for the building's shell and core are estimated at $8 million, according to state filings.

Over 3 million sf of office space is under construction in the Energy Corridor and it is one of the most active areas in Texas for new office construction. A dozen new office projects are being developed in the Energy Corridor and dozens more are planned.

Class A office vacancy in the Energy Corridor has been around 99 percent for over a year, as energy companies have been in expanding rapidly in recent years.
