SUGAR LAND – Nalco Champion plans to construct a new headquarters building to house its Houston-area energy services operations.

The 133,000-sf building, scheduled for completion in late 2015, will provide modern workspaces and training facilities to accommodate approximately 1,000 Nalco Champion employees.

It will be located adjacent to the company’s current Sugar Land operations at 7705 Highway 90-A.

The project also will include renovation of Nalco Champion’s existing 45,000-sf Sugar Land office building to expand research, development and engineering (RD&E) lab facilities.

Employees currently working at the Nalco Champion sites in Houston and Fresno, Texas, will relocate to the new headquarters building.
