DALLAS-FORT WORTH - Transwestern and Delta Associates have released their latest DFW Outlook for office and industrial space for year-end 2013.
The office market saw healthy growth with:
• Net absorption in fourth quarter 2013 of 795,000 sf; 4.2 million sf in all of 2013;
• Overall vacancy rate at 15.5 percent, down from 15.7 percent at 3Q 2013 and 16.5 percent a year ago; and
• Asking rents increasing 1.6 percent during 2013, likely to continue rising in 2014.
