Rockport home sales May 2015: Swearingen
ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending May 2015 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
The average sales price for residential homes was $243,217, down 6.0 percent versus May 2014 when it was $258,845.
The median price of residential homes was $190,500, versus May 2014 when it was $190,000, an increase of 0.3 percent.
Total sales of residential homes for Rockport MLS for May 2015 was 536, an increase of 6.1 percent (31 homes) versus May 2014.
The average Days on Market for residential homes for May 2015 was 170, 8.6 percent shorter than the same period last year.
