DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Delta Associates and Transwestern have released the latest DFW Outlook for office and industrial space for year-end 2013. Here’s the latest for the industrial market:

The industrial market saw robust growth with:

• Net absorption in 4Q 2013 at 7.7 million sf, 16.4 million sf in all of 2013;
• Overall vacancy rate: 7.3 percent, down from 7.8 percent at 3Q 2013 and 9.2 percent a year ago; and
• Asking rents increasing 6.2 percent during 2013.
