Hyatt Place Houston/The Woodlands now open

HOUSTON – The 146-room Hyatt Place Houston/The Woodlands, the third Hyatt Place in the Houston area, is now open at Grogan’s Mill and Research Forest.

Located at 1909 Research Forest Dr., the 94,733-sf hotel has more than 6,100 sf of meeting space. The six-story structure had construction costs estimated at $9.5 million, according to state filings.
