AUSTIN - The new 63,000-sf Whole Foods at the Domain has opened at 11920 Domain Dr. It's the fifth Austin store.

Amenities include

- Public Domain, a recycled freight train shipping container converted into an outdoor beer and bratwurst bar (plus one root beer, always on tap!)

- Outdoor performance space for live music

- Washers for yard game fans

- Eleven different seating areas throughout the store, including a plaza with gas fireplaces, lounge seating by the coffee bar, and an upper patio with rocking chairs

- Draft Shack, the store's indoor oyster bar featuring chargrilled oysters, gumbo, BBQ shrimp, and 45 beers on tap

- Indoor community meet-up space for yoga classes, craft nights, and cooking classes

The Domain is a large multiuse complex near the intersection of Mo-Pac (Loop 1) and US 183.
