AMARILLO – More than 3,000 homes traded hands in 2013, the first time sales have passed that mark in six years, according to Randy Jeffers, a Coldwell Banker First Equity broker.

Prudential Ada Realtors has released the following year-end housing stats using Amarillo Association of Realtors MLS data.
