FRISCO - Primrose Schools has bought 119,868 sf of land at the northeast corner of Main St. and Teel Pkwy. in West Frisco and will help anchor Vaughn Miller's Teel Crossing I shopping center development.
Vaughn Miller — president and CEO of VCM Development Group — sold a parcel of his West Frisco retail development to situate the school near Frisco's "$5 Billion Mile."
The mile of frontage along Dallas North Tollway has picked up that nick-name based on the $5.4 billion of planned development projects along the roadway, which makes it unlike any other stretch of roadway in the Lone Star state.
Along with Primrose Schools, the West Frisco development will include a 20,020-sf retail center adjacent to the school and will bring much-needed retail to the growing Frisco community.
