The Harbor brings senior living to Lakeway

LAKEWAY – The Harbor at Lakeway, an assisted-living and memory care facility located on 3.5 acres at the Lakeway Medical Village Campus, is currently under construction. The new 112,000-sf facility has an estimated construction cost of $10.5 million, according to state licensing.

The new 150-room assisted-living community will house 110 assisted-living apartments and 40 private studios for Memory Care to treat Alzheimer’s and dementia. The facility will include a media room, fitness facility, chapel, therapy pool, and other amenities.

Preleasing on rooms is scheduled to begin in February with a summer opening.
