GRAPEVINE – Vineyard Centre I and II, a two-building office complex, has been acquired by Menyon Capital Partners. Built in 1997, the 68,755-sf complex is 80 percent leased.

The buildings are located at 1450 Hughes Rd., just west of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Founded in 2010, Addison-based Menyon Capital Partners seeks value-add office investments ranging from $5 million to $40 million in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. It aims to buy 800,000 to 1 million sf of space within the next 18 months.
