RICHARDSON - Lookout Plaza 1 and 2, 1301 E. Lookout Dr., has been sold to Mexican investment firm Grupo Haddad. Built in 2001 and 2002, the two Class A buildings combined are 265,232 sf. The deal was expected to cost $51 million. The property also includes a 16-acre tract of developable land.

The two-building business campus on Plano Rd. at Lookout Dr. is almost fully leased to Samsung Telecommunications America, Haynes and Boone, and EMC Insurance.

In the last year, the firm has bought properties in Plano, Las Colinas, Carrollton and Coppell. The firm’s most recent purchase was the seven-story Crosstex Energy building in Dallas’ Uptown district.
