DALLAS-FORT WORTH - Both Dallas and Fort Worth have made it on a list of the top U.S. commercial real estate markets, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial. Dallas ranked second on the list behind only Orlando, while Fort Worth received the number seven spot.
The nationwide commercial real estate firm compared dynamics including population, the office market, apartments, shopping centers and labor conditions for its new report.
Dallas got the highest marks in the report for the strength of its retail market and strong population growth.
Austin also made Coldwell’s top ten, landing at number four.
