Knoll Trail Plaza office starts on Dallas North Tollway

DALLAS – The four-story, 120,000-sf Knoll Trail Plaza is going up between Keller Springs Rd. and Westgrove Dr. The office is about 40 percent preleased with 70,000 sf available.

Tenant move-in is set for November on the six-acre site. Leasing is being handled by Cawley Partners, which is also developing and managing the property. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor rooftop terrace and first-floor cafe, a fitness center, and private fourth-floor balconies.

Cawley Partners is also readying another project along the tollway corridor: a four-story, 169,000-sf office building at Legacy Dr. and Hedgcoxe Rd., scheduled to break ground in second quarter 2014.
