North Dallas sales: Lincoln Park and 6565 MacArthur Blvd.

DALLAS, IRVING – One Lincoln Park and 6565 MacArthur at Sierra have been purchased by Piedmont Office Realty Trust. The ten-story One Lincoln Park office tower is located in North Dallas across the street from NorthPark Center mall at Northwest Hwy. and North Central Expy.

The 262,000-sf high-rise was developed in 1999 and was 75 percent leased at the time of the sale. U.S. Risk is a major tenant in the tower.

In Irving’s Las Colinas, Piedmont also purchased 6565 MacArthur Blvd. The ten-story, 260,000-sf office building is 85 percent leased.
