Fort Worth’s Ridge Rock Plaza sold for $11M

FORT WORTH – Ridge Rock Plaza, a 114,495-sf retail center at 4921 Overton Ridge Blvd., has been sold.

The plaza sits next to Hulen Mall in Fort Worth and is 100 percent leased to tenants including Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Pier 1 Imports and Freebirds.

Dallas-based Thackeray Partners has purchased the center with the help of an $11 million non-recourse loan.

Investors have been buying up Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate expecting to see a rise in real estate values in the next few years.
