DALLAS – The 227-room DoubleTree Market Center has been sold at 2015 Market Center Blvd. The property is close to I-35 and is located five minutes from downtown Dallas, five minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport and 20 minutes from DFW International Airport.
The hotel features an outdoor pool, fitness center, café, bar, business center and 7,500 sf of meeting and event space. Axle Capital Group and a partner acquired the property.
