SPRING - Toll Brothers Inc. has joined forces with Texas-based Cernus Development LLC to develop Northwoods — a master-planned community located just south of the future Grand Parkway expansion and only six miles from the Exxon Mobil campus.
The 692-acre community, nestled amidst multiple parks, will feature approximately 1,000 single-family homes by Toll Brothers and other builders.
The community’s resort-style amenities will take advantage of the mature trees and topography of the area. Northwoods will offer residents miles of walking and biking trails, a recreational facility, parks and lakes.
Homes at Northwoods are anticipated to be priced from $300,000 to more than $600,000. Toll Brothers and Cernus Development plan to break ground in February 2014. Northwoods is projected to open to the public in fall 2014.
