PLANO – The 300-unit Sheridan Park at Spring Creek apartment complex has been sold. Built in 1999, the complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging from 705 to 1,260 sf and in price from $810 to $1,445.

“The proximity to State Farm’s new headquarters and the thousands of jobs that will be created through that relocation led to considerable excitement among potential buyers," said ARA’s Brian O’Boyle Jr.

The complex, which was 93.3 percent occupied at the time of sale, was purchased by Chicago-based Waterton Associates.
