San Clemente 250,000-SF office underway in Austin

AUSTIN – A new 250,000-sf office at San Clemente office and retail park is underway at Westlake Dr. The five-story building is being developed by HPI Real Estate Services & Investments.

Spiceworks Inc., a local technology company, has already signed on for 95,000 sf. Spiceworks will be moving from the Ladera Bend office complex. The West Austin building is scheduled to be complete in May 2015.

The San Clemente office park has six existing buildings and associated retail properties. The total site is about 49 acres and was formerly part of Davenport Ranch.
