Dallas: Lofts moving in to The Shops at Park Lane

DALLAS – The Shops at Park Lane is apparently a place where more people also want to live as construction of another 165 apartments has started on the Park Lane side of the mixed-use development.

In addition, a large building that has been vacant and was originally built to be a sports club is being turned into 75 lofts. That building sits on top of a seven-level parking garage and the lofts will be on levels 8-10.

J. Crew Factory store, the first in the City of Dallas, opens in late July at The Shops at Park and a new concept from fast-fashion retailer Forever 21 called F21 red will open in September. F21 red will be on two levels and take up 19,600 sf of space next to Old Navy.
