Ventanas Corporate begins Phase 2 in West El Paso

EL PASO – Ventanas Corporate Center, located off Sunland Park Dr. west of I-10 in West El Paso, is adding two more buildings to the site, an L-shaped property tucked behind the Holiday Inn Sunland Park.

The two new structures will add 19,600 sf of space and be constructed just south of the existing phase one buildings. The idea behind the design of the office park was to “provide an attractive corporate park environment that offers an abundance of parking, energy efficiency, contemporary southwest design, corporate signage, fiber optic internet services, and amenities that include an outdoor gazebo area.”

The site plan for Ventanas Corporate Center shows that a total of eight buildings will eventually fill the property. The size of the office park will eventually expand to 89,113 sf when built out. Phase One opened with 25,000 sf in 2013 and has an 82 percent occupancy rate.
