TOMBALL – The Tomball Economic Development Corp. is set to break ground on a 102-acre business park, called Tomball Business & Technology Park, at 11526 Holderrieth Rd.

The master-planned business park offers development-ready sites for new and expanding businesses, and tax incentives are available. Construction on the project is expected to take about 15 to 18 months.

The project, which was set to break ground January 29, has delayed the groundbreaking ceremony due to expected inclement weather.
