SAN MARCOS – The 300-unit Palazzo apartment community has been purchased by Atlantic|Pacific Companies (A|P Companies) in San Marcos. The complex is located at 1011 Wonder World Dr.
The garden style apartments feature one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and two pools, sports courts and fitness center.
The Palazzo is A|P Companies’ fifth purchase in Texas.
