DALLAS - Plans for a new $38.6 million mixed-use development in the Knox Street District have been distributed by contractor Hill & Wilkinson. The project will include the six-story, 165-unit Lincoln Knox rental building on top of the retail.
Located at 4501 Cole Ave. the development's expected completion is September 2015.
The facility will be anchored by a Trader Joe’s and will feature the Lincoln Knox apartments in the tower above the retail area. The development also include other high-end retail shops.
"The Lincoln Knox apartments are a natural extension of this upscale, walkable neighborhood and will offer outstanding amenities," said Jay Graham of Hill & Wilkinson, who is the contractor for the project.
Construction will begin in February 2014. Dallas-based Sarofim Realty Partners and Lincoln Property Co. are developing the property.
