More beds to Allen with 130-room Hyatt Place

ALLEN – A four-story, 130-room Hyatt Place will be constructed between McDermott Dr. and Exchange Pkwy., west of US 75.

Allen’s eighth hotel will be the latest addition to an area that already has two hotels. It will be next to the four-story Homewood Suites and within a mile of the Holiday Inn Express.
