Lewisville Garden Park sold to Colleyville firm

LEWISVILLE – The 170,739-sf Garden Park Shopping Center at 1565 West Main St. has been sold.

The facility is anchored by World Gym and Thrift City. After signing nine new leases in the past year, Garden Park is 83 percent leased.

Colleyville-based CIG Retail purchased the center.
