ACE Hardware warehouse sold in Arlington

ARLINGTON – A 313,091-sf warehouse formerly occupied by ACE Hardware has been sold. The property, located 2257 Commerce St., was purchased by Indiana-based Braun Family Properties.

Ace is building a new 450,000-sf regional warehouse off I-45 in southern Dallas County. The warehouse is on 15 acres and was built in 1972.
