Cornerstone Automation HQ underway in Frisco

FRISCO – A 190,540-sf office and warehouse facility at Cobb Business Park is under construction. Cornerstone Automation Systems LLC will move into the $7 million facility at 10601 Clarence Dr. upon completion. The firm will add about 60 workers over the next five years.

The two-story facility will have about 21,000 sf of office space along with warehousing. Cornerstone will occupy a minimum of 106,000-sf in the facility, with the rest eligible for lease by the ownerCornerstone is expanding and building a new headquarters in Frisco because the company’s employees enjoy living and working in the city, said CEO Tom Karol.

Cornestone currently occupies 86,000-sf of office and warehouse space at 10351 Home Rd., less than a mile from the new headquarters site.
