Brenham whistles Dixie Street Storage sold

BRENHAM, WASHINGTON COUNTY - The 44,150-sf, 284-unit Dixie Street Storage facility, located at 405 North Dixie St., has been sold, according to David H. Luther, regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. The asset’s list price was $1,100,000.

Dixie Street Storage contains one office along with the storage units. The facility is situated on a five-acre parcel, which has approximately two acres available for expansion of the facility.

A private investor bought the facility from a Texas-based a partnership.
