Fort Worth’s Western Place I & II sold
FORT WORTH – Western Place I & II in southwest Fort Worth have been sold. The Class B properties are at 6000 and 6100 Western Place fronting I-30, and total 427,000 sf.
Western Place I boasts 11 stories, while Western Place II has ten. The towers are occupied by institutional tenants including Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems.
Fort Worth-based TLC Urban purchased the buildings from Sovereign Capital and expects the building to perform well. “South Fort Worth is one of DFW’s best performing submarkets, with a vacancy rate of 6.8 percent versus 14.8 percent for the overall Metroplex,” added Ben Lurie of Colliers International, who brokered the sale.
