IRVING – The 431-room Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas has been purchased by Blackstone Real Estate Advisor, The $150 million sale includes its famous golf course, spa, and conference center. The facility is located at 4150 N. MacArthur Blvd.

Since 2010, the Four Seasons has been owned by lenders who foreclosed on the property after previous owners defaulted on debt.

Blackstone Real Estate Advisor, a New York-based investment firm, purchased the hotel from CW Capital, who represented the debt holders on the property.
