PEARLAND – A 100,000-sf industrial facility will be constructed at on Kirby Dr., just south of Beltway 8.
New-Jersey based Amerlux has acquired 11 acres and plans to move into the facility by the end of the year. The company will move from its current location at 5220 Shank Rd.
The new facility is about 70 percent larger than the company’s existing facility on Shank Rd., and will feature showroom displays, testing areas and classrooms for CPE lighting design programs.
Amerlux is a leading manufacturer in efficient interior and exterior lighting for retail, supermarket, and commercial markets.
