Southlake plastic plant under new ownership

SOUTHLAKE – The 25,000-sf plastic manufacturing facility at 415 S. Nolen Dr. has been sold.

The owner, Industrial Machine Sales Inc. (ISMI), has been purchased by Milacron LLC. The facility will become one of Milacron’s High Impact Technical Centers (HIT). HIT centers will handle customer support, aftermarket parts, training, technical services and retrofit and rebuilding.

ISMI is based in Southlake and serves the Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi and New Mexico plastic markets.
