$33M Victory Park garage under construction

DALLAS – Construction on a $33 million parking garage has begun. The seven-level parking building is being developed at the end of Olive St. between the DART’s light rail station and the American Airlines Center (AAC).

The garage will add 1,271 spaces to serve the AAC and Victory Park.

The city will own the garage when it is finished. The garage is planned to replace almost 600 spaces that are located to the north of the AAC, which sit on a six-acre site that is being developed into apartments.
