Plano Legacy tract for new 169,000-SF office

PLANO – Cawley Partners has closed on a 12-acre tract at the northwest corner of Legacy Dr. and Hedgcoxe Rd. to build a new office building. The four-story, 169,000-sf Legacy Center is headed to Legacy Business Park.

The building will include rooftop amenities with an outdoor terrace and common area conference room and break room.

Even with the amenities, CEO Bill Cawley says the office building will be offered at a lower cost than other newly constructed office buildings being marketed in Legacy Business Park.

The lease rates will start at $27.50 per sf, plus electricity. The average rent in Far North Dallas for an existing Class A office building is $25.84, according to the latest research by Jones Lang LaSalle.
