DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Sealy & Co. has announced the disposition of the Texas Industrial Portfolio, which consists of 19 institutional quality assets totaling 1.48 million sf located in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
The portfolio was part of Sealy’s joint venture holdings with global real estate investment management firm, AEW Capital Management.
The Texas Industrial Portfolio is currently 91 percent leased, and consists of primarily multi-tenant, net-leased industrial facilities.
