FORT WORTH – The 118-unit Ridgmar Hills and the 117-unit The Steppes have been sold. The two complexes are next door to one another, north of I-30 near Ridgmar Mall and JRB Air Force Base.
The properties were approximately 94 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
