Lincoln buys 198,484-SF Two Addison Circle

ADDISON – The 198,484-sf Two Addison Circle office building has been sold. An affiliate of Lincoln Property Co. purchased the six-story building at 15725 Dallas Pkwy. near Arapaho Rd.

The Class AA building is almost 90 percent leased. Major tenants include USAA and Gehan Homes.

The building was originally constructed in 2009 for around $40 million, before the recession caused real estate values to plunge. It was most recently purchased in 2010 by Brookfield Asset Management for an estimated $16 million.
