FORT WORTH – Hillwood Communities has sold 27.4 acres at the intersection of Heritage Trace Pkwy. and Beach St. for a Walmart Neighborhood Market. The property is in the Alliance corridor in north Fort Worth.

The land sales includes 12 acres on the southeast corner of the intersection for a Walmart Neighborhood Market and 15.4 acres on the northeast corner to a medical developer, according to Venture Commercial.

Walmart is also planning a Walmart Supercenter at the future southeast corner of Golden Triangle Blvd. and Park Vista Blvd. in north Fort Worth. The retailer has asked the city for $12 million in incentives for the project, which include the construction of a road.
