EDINBURG – The University of Texas Pan American (UTPA) renewed its commitment with Hengyang Normal University in China.
The program allows faculty from both universities to study and conduct research on each other’s campuses.
The six-year relationship between the institutions has brought more than 20 professors from Hengyang to the Valley, officials said, and extended this summer to provide similar opportunities to students.
